SMS Terms

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms cover OvenArchive Alerts, a text-message program operated by Tripp Consulting LLC for customers of the OvenArchive service.

What you'll receive

Equipment alerts about burn-off ovens you are responsible for, such as afterburner temperature below the permit minimum, high-limit trips, water-spray activation, loss of data from the oven, escalation of an unresolved alert, and a notice when the problem clears. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

How you opt in

You receive alerts only after you agree to them. There are two ways to sign up:

  • Sign-up link. Your employer (an OvenArchive customer) asks us to email you a personal sign-up link. On that page you enter your own mobile number and tick a box to agree to these texts. See a sample sign-up page.
  • Added by your employer. A manager at your company adds your mobile number with your permission.

Either way, we then send one text asking you to reply YES. No alerts are sent until you do. Signing up is optional and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your oven's condition. Most contacts receive a few messages a month; more can arrive during an active problem.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email support@ovenarchive.com.

Stopping text alerts does not stop email alerts; your company's OvenArchive administrator can change those.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages can be delayed or lost; OvenArchive alerts supplement, and do not replace, your own monitoring of the oven.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
