Privacy Policy
OvenArchive is a service of Tripp Consulting LLC of Jackson, Michigan ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through ovenarchive.com and the OvenArchive service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact requests. Name, company, email, phone, city, number of ovens and any message you send through our website form or by email.
- Account and alert contacts. Names, email addresses and mobile phone numbers of the people a customer designates to sign in or receive alerts.
- Oven operating data. Temperatures, equipment status signals, batch logs, calibration and maintenance records collected from the customer's oven equipment.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting providers may log IP addresses and browser information for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To provide the service: store records, send alerts and reports, and support customers.
- To respond to inquiries and requests for early access.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Oven operating data belongs to the customer. We use it to operate and improve the service, and in aggregated or anonymized form; we do not publish a customer's data or name without written permission.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive OvenArchive text alerts, we use your mobile number only to send those alerts and related service messages. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us. See our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run OvenArchive (for example cloud hosting, database, email delivery and text-message delivery providers), under obligations to protect it, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Oven compliance records: for at least five years, or as the customer's agreement provides, so they remain available for permit recordkeeping.
- Contact requests: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by customer account, and equipment connects outbound only over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your contact information by emailing support@ovenarchive.com.
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Customers can request an export of their oven records.
Children
OvenArchive is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
